InterLocking Software’s Tax Assessment and Collection system gives
cities and counties of all sizes the ability to accurately and
efficiently manage all aspects of assessment and taxation for their
jurisdictions, no matter how complex.
The system supports real property and private property taxation,
as well as local improvement districts and special assessments.
Robust and Flexible
The system’s table-driven backend handles complex parameters and
rules for calculating assessments and its tax-code-area calculation
automatically calculates levy rates and issues flags if they exceed
statutory maximums. Local improvement district functionality handles
splits and merges, and definable tag codes track special situations
or alerts, such as bankruptcies, liens, returned mail/incorrect
addresses, or pending splits or merges.

- Recording changes on a parcel by owner-instance, for
handling senior-citizen exemptions or bankruptcies
