James Nall, President and CEO

James brings more than 20 years of experience as a corporate manager, information systems analyst and database applications developer to InterLocking Software. James also serves as president and CEO of Paladin Data Systems, developers of InterLocking Software products.
  Over the course of his 30-year career developing and implementing large-scale computer systems, Gary has attended degree programs in geophysics, artificial intelligence, computer science, and business management. Prior to forming Paladin and InterLocking Software, he worked for 18 years as the Integrated Systems group leader for the Lockheed Martin Company at Naval Submarine Base Bangor. Gary has provided technical support and direction to customers as diverse as IBM, Precor, Starbucks, Lockheed Martin, and the U.S. Navy.
  Robert worked for 10 years in the Integrated Systems Group at Lockheed Martin, and later as a Managing Principal for Oracle Corporation. Johnston is a graduate of Chapman College with a BS in Electronics/Computer Science.
  Experienced leader in finance, accounting and administration with local, national and foreign owned organizations as well as mergers, acquisitions, start-ups and established firms. Extensive knowledge of financial management, government contracts and grants, tax matters, financial reporting, accounting, governance and banking relationships. Also experienced in information services and human resources. Skilled in consulting, purchasing and contracting with internal/external customers.
  As former Washington Secretary of State, Ralph is considered the “Father “of the State’s one-stop licensing system.
  Retired from American Marine Bank, Bess has served on the boards for the Washington Banking Association, Western Bankers, Independent Colleges of Washington, Pacific Coast Banking School, and the Association of Washington Business.
  President of Wolfe Law Offices, Ed has held positions with US Department of State, US Department of Commerce and served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and Fisheries.
