History
InterLocking Software Corporation was born out of a public-private
partnership between Kitsap County and Paladin Data Systems Corporation.
Over two and a half years, a new vision for efficient Land Management
software was designed,
developed, and tested using real county data in a working government
setting.
The result was software designed specifically for government that
was better than anything else available. Realizing the unique
cross-agency, cross-departmental product they had created, Paladin
Data Systems launched InterLocking Software Corporation to make the
software available to other municipalities. InterLocking now markets
the Land Information System applications nationwide, with spin-off
applications tailored for industry currently under development.
In 2003 EKO-System, a Web-based, integrated environmental data
management system designed by Paladin Data Systems specifically for
the natural resource management industry, joined the list of
products InterLocking Software markets. The system, also the result
of extensive private-public partnerships, provides organizations
with a centralized location to manage projects and store
project-related data. Its capabilities are so wide-reaching that it
is currently shaped by Paladin Data Systems into other
industry-specific Knowledge Organizers products. Since 1994, Paladin Data Systems has been helping companies and
organizations bend the fast paced advancements in technology to
their operational needs. With a work ethic and attention to customer
care rarely seen in today’s business environment, Paladin brings the
best of Old World values to the fast moving arena of computer
